From Piraeus Athens Port to Santorini by ferry is the best option you have and it can be a very nice and exciting experience. It takes around 4 h and 45 minutes or 7h and 30 minutes (according to the ferry selected) to arrive and then you can enjoy the island. In Santorini, you can enjoy the wonderful sunset in Oia, its special architecture, some of the oldest vineyards, volcanic beached, greek food, etc. You will board the boat according to the chosen port option. The complete route of the boat is Piraeus-Sifnos-Syros-Mykonos-Milos- Naxos- Folegandros-Ios-Santorini. The boat stops just for a couple of minutes to these islands. Sail into the heart of the caldera, a result of a catastrophic volcanic eruption that broke one island into four. We begin the cruise at Athinios port and set sail to Nea Kameni, the larger of the two islets in the centre of the caldera. Here you have the thrilling opportunity of hiking to the rim of the crater; dare to walk around the edge whilst taking in the views over the moon-like landscape (entrance fee not included). We continue to Palia Kameni to swim in the green sulfur waters and experience bathing in warm therapeutic mud. Set sail to Thirasia where you can swim in the crystal clear waters and visit Manolas, a cobble-stone hamlet perched high above with spectacular views over the caldera, Santorini and beyond. Our cruise then takes us to the northernmost tip of Santorini to Oia, the jewel of the island. Whitewashed buildings and bright blue domes sparkling in the sunlight form a picture postcard view you won’t forget. There will be a brief stop for those who chose the option to have free time in Oia to disembark before continuing the cruise back to Athinios port. In the summer months, embark on a thrilling fast boat ride from Positano to Amalfi, where you'll glide along the picturesque coastline. Upon arrival in Amalfi, immerse yourself in its rich history with a visit to the stunning Cathedral and its magnificent cloister. Don't forget to treat yourself to a delectable "Santa Rosa" pastry, a local specialty not to be missed. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore at your own pace, or opt to add on a boat tour ride around the coast (ticket not included, optional activity). Our last stop, was loved by and inspired the legendary writers Wagner, DH Lawrence and the glorious Virginia Woolf. That place is Ravello, the gem of the coast tucked away in the hills.
