Begin at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, home to spectacular gems and minerals, one of the world's finest dinosaur halls, and a beloved ancient Egypt exhibit. Cross to the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, with its 70,000-work collection spanning 6,000 years and stunning Isamu Noguchi sculpture gardens. The park is at its best in the late afternoon when the light softens and the city reflects off the bayou.
