Wander through vineyards and pop into boutique cellar doors for a complete hosted wine-tasting experience. Our handpicked cellar door experience has been selected by us for its commitment to excellent customer experience and the quality of the wine. Enjoy two wine-tasting experiences before lunch and one in the afternoon . Speaking of which, you can enjoy lunch at Cypress Lakes, a delicious cafe-style meal in the picturesque Hunter Valley Village . After your meal, you will have time to browse the bespoke collection of boutique shops, and galleries and sample more of the local produce, with an educational course in cheese making at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory . If time permits, we suggest popping into the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, The British Lolly Shop, Kissofire Hunter Valley Liqueurs or The Garden Cellars any additional tastings are at your own expense. From the air you will soak in a bird’s eye views of the Greater Brisbane region including the heritage city of Ipswich, Great Dividing Range mountains, Brisbane city skyline, Scenic Rim and Somerset countryside. We are proud to offer this unique opportunity to take in panoramic city and country sights. Others - Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and all passengers are asked to contact the supplier the night before the flight from 7-7:30pm for a weather report. - Wear comfortable clothing preferably in layers. - Please bring your camera, sunglasses,a hat, wear sturdy and closed shoes.
