Change at Interlaken OST: Transfer to the train heading to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. We’ll take the cable car to reach the summit, which is more than 3,000 metres above sea level. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier’s deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the Rotair, the revolving gondola lift that allows you an unrestricted 360-degree view of the magnificent landscape. At the top of Mount Titlis, a dramatic alpine panorama awaits you. Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace. Visit the shimmering 350-metre-long Ice Grotto or take a ride with the IceFlyer (Weather Permitting), which brings you almost face to face with the crevasses. Train from Zurich to Visp: Take a train from Zurich to Visp. This is a longer journey, typically taking around 2.5 to 3 hours, often with one or two changes. Train from Visp to Zermatt: From Visp, change to the regional train that goes directly to Zermatt. Zermatt is a car-free village, so this train is the only way to reach it. This leg takes approximately 1 hour. Explore Zermatt Village: Once in Zermatt, your Swiss Pass covers travel within the village by local electric buses. You can walk through the charming streets, see the traditional wooden chalets, and enjoy the unique car-free environment. Visit Attractions: Consider visiting the Matterhorn Museum (entry fees not covered by Swiss Pass) to learn about the village's history, or the Parish Church of St. Mauritius.
